Rico joined Construction Resources in 2023 as a Project Manager. His career spans over 40 years working as a registered Architect and Construction Administrator in many different areas such as education, medical, residential, retail and warehouse for small, mid-size and large-scale projects. At CORE, his responsibilities are to provide oversight of construction projects and project estimating including the procurement of subcontractor bids & the preparation of final cost estimates.
