Nick joined Construction Resources in 2003 as a Project Manager. Now as Sr. Vice President, Nick brings 30 years of diverse experience starting his career as a carpenter and working through the ranks from Foreman, Superintendent, Project Manager, Sr. Project Manager, Project Executive and Vice President. Nick’s extensive experience constructing complex projects includes Healthcare and Dialysis Centers, Multi-unit Residential, Retail and Franchise Restaurants, Commercial, and Industrial construction.
As Sr. VP Nick oversees CORE’s operational structure, manages and directs Project Management and Estimating team, coordinates field personnel and works closely with Business Development team and client relations. Nick is involved with every project from conception through budgeting, pre-construction, construction to closeout and continues to be engaged by personally managing several projects.
