Since joining Construction Resources, Joe has been responsible for several historic renovation projects. He is well experienced with CHFA and SHPO construction requirements and procedures as well as LEED Certification. Joe currently heads up our Mill Conversion and School Construction Divisions. Joe holds a BS in Architectural Engineering.
