J.R. joined the CORE team in 2021 and brings a wide skill set having spent over 25 years in Commercial Real Estate specializing in tenant leasing, marketing, financial underwriting, contract analysis and property management. This experience has fostered many relationships with national, regional and local tenants in the retail, grocery, medical, restaurant and entertainment spaces, as well as cultivated relationships with the brokerage community, owners and developers representing those sectors throughout New England.
As the Director of Business Development, J.R. will focus on pursuing strategic opportunities for new growth, managing client relations for CORE's existing customer base, and overseeing the marketing and proposal submission process.
