Construction Resources has been selected by Danbury Hospital, part of the WCHN network, to be the General Contractor for the First Floor Interior Fit-out of a new medical practice located in Wilton.

The project includes interior construction of a 15,000 sq. ft. primary healthcare facility that will provide internal medicine, family care, urgent care and women’s services.

Construction is expected to start in early fall, and the project is being designed by H & R Design, Inc. Facilities Planners.

Noble Hartford - Gas station & Apartments

Construction Resources begins construction on a new 3-story building located in Hartford at the intersection of Buckingham and Hudson Street. Designed by Crosskey Architects, the project will include eight apartments over a gas station, convenience store and food market.

Operated by Noble Gas, the new station will be the company’s fifth and flagship station and will include electric recharging stations.

The one and two bedroom apartments will range in size from 700 to 1,200 sf and will face towards main street and capitol avenue.

The gas station and convenience store are expected to be open early next year with the apartments ready for occupancy in early summer of 2018.

Cherry Street Lofts - Phase One

Construction Resources, Inc. has completed approximately 40% of Phase I of the Cherry Street Lofts Redevelopment project located on Hancock Street and Railroad Avenue in Bridgeport’s West End Neighborhood.

Phase I of this mixed-use development includes the renovation and rehab of three historic properties. When completed they will be converted into 157 residential units, a community center, a charter school and tutor housing.

iDevices World Headquarters

iDevices/Hubbell selects CORE to construct their new world headquarters located in Avon, CT.

Working with MBH Architecture LLC, iDevices/Hubbell have developed a business environment that repurposes industrial storage containers into office space that is environmentally friendly. This concept is conducive to creativity by providing a more flexible, open, collaborative workspace and will include offices, retail displays, fitness area and outdoor recreational space.

The 68,000 sf building renovation will become a workplace of the future, transforming the way we work, learn, live and play.
